[question] Can fruit cause sugar crashes?
Hello, everyone! I am wondering if there is anyone else who experiences sugar crashes and lethargy after eating fruit. I know it contains sugar, some fruit more than others, but I still hope that the fiber in fruit should somehow prevent my body from crashing. Nope, it’s still the same even if I consume fruit with nuts, peanut butter, etc. Thinking of switching completely to vegetables. Thanks in advance!
