[Discussion] Beef Organ meats
I like the nutritional value of organ meat from beef such as liver, kidney, and heart. I’ve been reading that too much is a bad thing. I want to incorporate all three in my diet. I can’t verify that info myself since the studies are well over my head. A lot of blogs are bias when it comes to nutrition. How often can I eat all 3 once Per week? Can anyone point me to any good info for the average man?
