Sometimes I have time to make my food look (semi) pretty 💅🏻 and take pictures of it in my apartment parking lot 😂…and other times I’m stuffing my face in between giving feedback on 20 second drafts, finishing up my Comp Theory final exam and revising my 50,000+ word thesis 😅🤷🏻‍♀️. This photo is the latter though I def would love for past Casey to whip up this easy dish for me today 😉.
