[Question] Since almost all vegetables we have today have been breeded, can we consider them truly paleo?

I really like the idea behind paleo and currently follow a carnivore / ketogenic diet. The one flaw about paleo that I always wonder about is that we didn’t have vegetables and sweet potatoes 100.000 years ago. There was mainly meat.

I would be thankful if someone could tell me if I am wrong about that.
