Some of the big points of conflict between modern dietary choices on forums and hardcore health enthusiasts are the battles between
-the healthiness of Oil’s (even olive oil) on cardiac and endothelial health (Esselstyn, Ornish, Mcdougall)
-the health effects of animal protein on cardiac health, stomach and general longevity
What are the evidence based answers for and against these concerns and in your opinion where does either fall flat?
