Am I eating too much fat?
My fat sources are from olive oil, nuts, and coconut oil. Total fat: 256g I eat red meats, lots of veggies and my carb in take from the fruits and veggies totals around 81g. I’m into powerlifting and am still trying to bulk up. Total calories in a day total of 3000 calories. Will I get obese and am I doing this diet wrong?
