Higher Protein vs Higher Fat for muscle building and body composition

I’ve wondered for a while now, whether consuming a higher protein:fat ratio or a higher fat:protein ratio (in terms of ZC of course) shows better physical results. What’s your experience been and have you found one or the other to benefit your overall body composition more?
