Question for those that grind their own beef.

I’m thinking about buying a meat grinder for probably grinding brisket into ground beef. My issue is that I have only a one off experience of grinding meat (venison in a manual grinder for chili).Anyone want to voice recommendations, tips or just their general experience? I’m currently looking through some seriouseats posts to get a basic understanding of what I’m getting into.
