"I Went Plant-Based for Three Weeks and it's Not For Me"

It discusses anti-nutrients and the health problems that can occur while eating a vegan diet. Hopefully more articles like this will be written as more popular so-called vegan YouTubers are exposed as frauds.People need to know that this diet is not the health panacea that popular media wants us to think it is. People need to know that it can be dangerous, especially obligate carnivore pets that are fed vegan diets, or to growing children that are fed vegan diets, or to those with digestive diseases or other health problems that a vegan diet may exacerbate. People need to know what anti-nutrients are (euphemistically known as phytochemicals). People need to know that if they do choose to go vegan, that it will be a very difficult endeavor that requires a lot of supplementation. People need to know that if someone doesn’t thrive off of a vegan diet, or even a heavy plant-based diet, it’s not always because “they did it wrong”.
