Any of you titrate onto the diet even past the point of reaching ketosis?

I’m working my way up to full sustained carnivore. I have had any carbs in 3 days and I know I’m in ketosis because my mouth tastes sweet. But I’m experiencing muscle weakness so I plan on supplementing with carbs (to effect) until I become fat adapted. Has anyone here done the same with success?
