Thoughts on avocado/olive/coconut oil

So I have been drizzling oil on my food to add extra calories. I know the harmful effects of seed oils that have been heated to extract fats from the seed but these are “cold pressed” to avoid hydrogenation.I just wanted to know what is the consensus on these “harmless” oils such as avocado, olive and coconut. Also I would like to know the rationale behind the reasoning. Thank you.
