High Intensity Sports Atheletes on Carnivore (not endurance, not lifting)

Hello everyone. I’d love to hear others learning experiences as it relates to those who are pushing themselves competitively in different high intensity sports such as soccer, football, rugby, ultimate disc (frisbee), basketball etc. Dynamic sports that require the combination of endurance (play for over an hour) as well as high intensity (interval sprinting and use of fast twitch muscles). Fast change of direction, cutting, etc. There are a lot of carnivore weight lifters, power lifters, endurance runners, and people who just train a lot in the gym. I do not really see a lot of sport athletes anecdoes out there and i’d love to hear about others experiences with this. Here are some things i’d love to hear about:- Did going carnivore give you a noticeable benefit to your chosen sport? How so? What were you eating before?- What struggles did you have and learn to fix along the way?- What struggles do you still have that you hope to fix?- How do you train? How often do you play?- Do you do any stretching/prep before you play?- What is recovery like after you play? Do you stretch/roll out muscles etc. These are just some example topics you could share. Would also be helpful to learn your age and how you eat. My intent with this thread is to hopefully learn something from others about tips and tricks to feel and perform even better.
