Grass fed beef fat taste

I don’t do well with grain fed meat, cant do seasonings, and on top of that I’m allergic to dairy so no butter. I’ve been buying grass fed beef fat trimmings but I’m not a huge fan of the taste. I feel great otherwise, Just wondering if anyone has any ideas how to make it taste better within my limited abilities. I do use salt.
