Anybody here also loves pork neck?

We often used to make it with my family when I was young, usually in the oven. Nowadays I just do it in the pan, I was reheating pork rinds for better taste so I used the rendered fat from that to cook it in.Theres plenty of fat in this cut of meat, its awesome. https://imgur.com/a/8LXOZC2And yes, I also eat beef/liver, not only pork.
