What kinds of non-muscle animal protein do you consume?

Who here consumes non-muscle animal protein and fat on a regular (or not regular) basis? I’m talking eggs, organs, gelatin, animal fats and others I’ve forgotten?Do you include animal products like cheese and milk?What’s the ratio between muscle meats and the other types?How has this benefited you over eating muscle meats only?What are the drawbacks?I just had a crazy deja vu. I feel like I’ve asked this here before. Yeesh.
