[Question] Sleep affecting weight loss
Hey everyone!
I was curious to see if anyone here ran into issues with weight loss on paleo and sleep- I’ve been dieting and working out and my weight hasn’t budged much (on average I get around 5 hours of sleep at night) I’m not too bothered about it because I like how I look, but I was curious to see if anyone here found that not getting a ton of sleep affected how much weight loss you saw.
