Noooooo the scale stopped going down!

So I’ve been doing zero carbs/sugar/caffeine for 6 days. Since day one I was losing 1lb a day, except for today. I finally made it to the 150’s which I have been struggling to do for months with working out. So seeing the weight drop daily was really motivating me, especially since I broke the 150’s. I’ve been eating strictly meat and cheese for a week oh and only drinking water and black tea/coffee. I know it’s not really a long time, but for me the time is dragging. I just need reassurance that this happens. It’s not something I did wrong. I went from 167lbs-158lbs in 6 days. Maybe that was just water weight? Idk 😐 help and advice is appreciated!! Thanks!
