How many calories are in beef and lamb fat trimmings?

I know how many calories are in beef and mutton tallow (9 per gram, same as fat), but I couldn’t find the nutrition data for just the fat trimmings (like what you would request from the butcher).I assume it contains fewer fat calories per gram than pure tallow because of water loss, but would like a more precise figure if possible.
