Someone brought doughnuts into work today and amazingly I didn’t even want one.

I used to love doughnuts and any time I was trying a new diet when free doughnuts were on the menu any diet planning was out the window.Today someone brought in a couple boxes of assorted doughnuts. Normally I’d see the box and start to crave one and eventually talk myself into having one. But today I saw them, thought about it for a second and realized I had no desire to eat one. Pretty remarkable coming from me. Even when I started to get hungry towards the end of the day the thought of a doughnut was still unappealing.
