Woke up to perfume smell

I woke up at like 3am last night and its almost as if thered been someone in my room full of perfume, or a similar smell to that. I also had a little bit of acid reflux but it went away later, is that the acetone? I also felt very warm and relaxed, very strange. Its been nearly two weeks on ZC.
