Interesting article on how Chinese pork production is getting more high tech and efficient.When people talk about meat’s climate change effect, we rightly point out that the production in the 1st world is getting more efficient (making more meat with less GNG), and that the gains are to be made by bringing up the rest of the world to our standards.
