Can y'all allay my fear of nutritional deficiencies on the carnivore diet

http://imgur.com/a/4G06KpXHappy Monday folks,Please find attached a screenshot of the mineral and vitamin content of 750grams of lean beef mince (5% fat) and 6 boiled eggs.The above is my typical daily carnivore diet which I enjoy. As can be seen there are RDA deficiencies across the board. I’m aware that on a carnivore diet that nutrient and mineral requirements are lower however can ye please refer me to scientific literature that proves nutrient and mineral requirements are met on a diet similar to mine.Thank y'all for your help in advance, Party on, Jonathan
