To grill or not to grill?

Hey y'all, a little active here tonight but after listening to the debate on Rogan’s podcast today, and hearing it in the past, I was concerned about grilling my meat for its being claimed that oxidizing the fats is detrimental to your health.Grills tend to burn fat, right? Is this wise to eat? Or is there a way to ensure this doesn’t happen? Or is it not that important?
