Reorganizing kitchen - does anyone here use a wok? How? For what? Need kitchen suggestions.

Clearing out stuff I’ll never use for cooking anymore. I have a nice set of stainless steel saucepans but for 3 months I’ve only used my cast iron frying pan, crock pot for bone broth, and dehydrator for jerky/pemmican. The sauce pans I’ll store in case I get married again, but I’d like equipment suggestions for the carnivore kitchen. Currently shopping for meat grinder, sous vide and air fryer.
