OK with pork but not pork rhinds?

I’m on day 5 of meat-only (I’ve had some eggs, but no dairy). I’ve had a pork chop twice and felt great. I thought I’d try some pork rhinds with my ground beef for dinner last night, and it was delicious but I got really gassy and clearly can’t tolerate the pork rhinds.Does anyone have any ideas why? I obviously won’t eat them again, at least for a long time, but I’m curious why pork would be fine and settle fine with me, but not pork rhinds.
