Day 12 - Carnivore doesn't work

How much longer until this supposedly adaption phase ends?I have a histamine intolerance and bird/egg syndrome so I can only eat fresh beef and lamb. Was eating 2kg/day now I seem to be full with 1kg?I feel awful, irritated and just had diarrhoea for the first time on this diet.I was super tired after jiu jitsu yesterday, had to leave early.I can’t even think about cooking more meat this evening.
