Chili garlic sauce (ground beef)

Those with Asian taste preferences may like this.Ground beef is nutritious and cheap, but I don’t like eating it with just salt–the aroma turns me off. So here’s the recipe I use and I love the resulting meal:Melt butter on a hot panAdd turmeric and chili powder; mix with the melted butterAdd 1 lb of ground beef; break into pieces and stir-fry it constantlyAdd 1 tsp of chili garlic sauce half way inAdd ½ tsp of pink salt at the endServe in a bowl; optionally add two eggs fried sunny side up on top.
