Carnivore Diet, Eyelash growth

Before doing the carnivore diet I did not have bottom eye lash hair. Then after doing the carnivore diet for a few weeks my bottom eyelash hair started growing rapidly. Has anyone had a similar experience? What could explain this? My skin also seems to be much more radiant.
